The Animal Management team from Loddon Shire Council in Victoria are hosting an online forum for colleagues in rural areas who are preparing their Domestic Animal Management Plans.
The forum will be held on Thursday 6th July - 10.00am to 11.30am and you’re invited to attend from your desk! How easy is that!!
The main focus will be on key topics in the team’s template document and will hopefully provide content and actions for your own plans. A recording of the session will be made available to all participants as a great resource.
The purpose of the forum is to:
• look at common issues and opportunities relevant to rural councils
• identify and share successful strategies, actions and programs to address these
• consider partnership opportunities for rural councils to share resources and work together for success
Please encourage colleagues from neighbouring councils and others from your organisation including staff from rec and open space, family services, and tourism to join the forum as this is a great opportunity to learn and support your colleagues even if you have completed your own Plan.
Please click here to register for the forum and add it to your calendar now. Further info to log in will be sent out shortly
