We all hear these words regularly, and many of us know that we are feeling less than ideal. But without being able to actually articulate what is going on for us, or for our organisation, it's almost impossible to know what steps to take to move forward.

This session is aimed to help get us as an industry on the same page about what we're feeling, and what we as organisations and individuals should be doing to protect ourselves and our teams from the impacts of the important, challenging work that we do.

Presenter: Dr Jess Moore-Jones

Dr Jess Moore-Jones is a veterinarian, a business owner, a leader, a consultant and a coach in what she calls “the people part of the animal industry”.

Having managed major animal organisations including as Senior Advisor to Auckland Council Animal Management, Executive Manager RSPCA WA, CEO RSPCA Darwin and Manager Wildlife Health at Taronga Zoo, Dr Jess now runs Unleashed Coaching and Consulting.  Here she works with vet clinics, local governments and animal shelters to develop and empower their teams, their leaders, and their community outcomes.

This webinar will be recorded and available to members to watch after the event.
