Most of us know that we'd like our workplace culture to be positive, proactive, and resilient.
But what can we actually do to make that happen, especially in an industry with a high emotional burden, a workforce heavy with those who prefer animals to people, and where we can't necessarily throw ping pong tables and company retreats into the mix?
This session is an introduction to building positive cultures in the animal management industry, with practical tools and focus areas for you to start designing the culture that will get you the team and outcomes you are looking for.
Presenter: Dr Jess Moore-Jones
Dr Jess Moore-Jones is a veterinarian, a business owner, a leader, a consultant and a coach in what she calls “the people part of the animal industry”.
Having managed major animal organisations including as Senior Advisor to Auckland Council Animal Management, Executive Manager RSPCA WA, CEO RSPCA Darwin and Manager Wildlife Health at Taronga Zoo, Dr Jess now runs Unleashed Coaching and Consulting. Here she works with vet clinics, local governments and animal shelters to develop and empower their teams, their leaders, and their community outcomes.
This webinar will be recorded and available to members to watch after the event.
