• Webinar presenter: Dr Jessica Hoopes

  Dr. Jessica Hoopes is a Canadian veterinarian and member of the Veterinarians Abroad Supporting and Teaching (VAST) team. In the past 6 years she has been involved in the veterinary medicine, animal welfare and animal management fields in Fiji and Papua New Guinea, with the majority of her work focusing on the development of community-focused humane dog population management programs.
