AIAM Workshops

This year's workshop will be held at the WestWaters Hotel and Entertainment Complex in Caroline Springs. 

For those outside Melbourne, Caroline Springs in a community located about 20 minutes from the City and 28 minutes from Tullamarine Airport with easy access to both freeways.

International Keynote speaker

 James (Jim) Crosby

Jim is the Division Chief Management Consultant (Chief) for the City of Jacksonville Animal Care and Protective Services, Florida USA.

Jim has extensive experience in animal crime investigation and teaches crime scene and other investigative procedures to Law Enforcement and Animal Control agencies.

Jim will be presenting on various topics throughout our program.

 Anthony Smith 

"Life At The Top"


Anthony Smith is the Animal Management Supervisor at the City of Darwin, Northern Territory.

Anthony has been with the Council for over 2 years, initally employed as the Animal Education Officer. 

Anthony will be presenting at the upcoming AIAM workshops. His presentation will look at the challenges Animal Management Officers in the Northern Territory face, in particular regarding their legislation.
